(1) Ordinary Members Any individual or business entity, legally registered according to the law, engaged in Technology for Tourism such as Software industry, Hotel industry, Tourism and Spa industry shall be eligible for Ordinary Membership of the Association.

(2) Honorary Members May be conferred by the Board of Directors upon persons or organisations who in the opinion of the Board have rendered special service to the Association or who possess particular knowledge, experience or abilities which can be of benefit to the Association.


Qualifications of members In addition to the qualifications as above in Section 5, members shall possess the following qualifications:

(A) Individuals
1. Be of age (at least 20 years)
2. Not declared bankrupt, incompetent or seemingly incompetent
3. Never been sentenced to a jail term in a final ruling, except in the case of a minor offence or an offense as a result of negligence.
4. Not infected with a disease that is deemed unacceptable to society
5. Be in a reasonably stable financial position
6. Be of good conduct

(B) Business entity
1. Not declared bankrupt
2. Be in a reasonably stable financial position

The designated representatives of the business entity shall possess the qualifications as stated in Section 6 (1) and shall have the authority to act on behalf of the business entity according to Section 10.
